Refund Policy

If LCW is not what you expected, email hello@launchcreatewin.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questions beyond what helps us improve the book.

Upgrades

If you bought a lower tier and want a higher one, email us and pay only the difference. Upgrades are not eligible for a second refund window beyond the original 14 days.

Processing time

Refunds are issued through the checkout provider (Digistore24 or CopeCart) and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
